The questions sellers actually ask

We work on a success-based commission. There is nothing to pay upfront. Photography, video, marketing, legal review and the entire process are included, you only pay when your property is sold and closed at the notary. The exact percentage is discussed openly in your private consultation, as it depends on the type of mandate and property.

If the property doesn't sell, you owe us nothing, that's the meaning of success-based. But we only take on properties we believe we can sell. If we accept your mandate, it's because we've assessed the market, the price, and the demand.

Not necessarily. In many cases we work alongside existing agencies. In others, we take over when you're ready for a different approach. We'll review your specific situation in the call and recommend what makes most sense for your sale, not what makes most sense for us.

We never push you to accept an offer you're not comfortable with. Our role is to negotiate hard on your behalf and bring you the best possible terms. The decision is always yours. That said, when an offer comes in low, we tell you honestly what the market is signalling and what we'd recommend.

Yes. The majority of our sellers are international owners. We handle everything locally, viewings, paperwork, negotiations, notary appointments, and keep you updated remotely throughout. You don't have to travel until you choose to.
